Pre-Construction Manager - Solar PV projects

As the Pre‑Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of solar PV projects from early design through to construction readiness.

• 
  
• Lead and coordinate all pre‑construction activities, including design, permitting, grid connection, commercial inputs, and H&S
  
• Manage the design development process, ensuring all designs are coordinated, risk‑assessed, and progressed to construction‑ready (IFC) stageAct as the key point of contact for internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are aligned and delivered on time
  
• Oversee planning permissions, permits, and statutory requirements, ensuring all are secured ahead of construction
  
• Develop and manage project programmes covering design, procurement, and construction readiness
  
• Lead the handover into construction, ensuring delivery teams receive a complete and coordinated project package
  

• 
  
• 5+ years’ experience in pre‑construction, engineering, or project management within renewables, energy, or infrastructure projects
  
• Strong experience in design coordination, permitting, and project delivery to construction stage
  
• Degree in Engineering, Construction xcfaprz Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Experience with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
