Responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
Paid per appointment/event.
Bi‑weekly pay.
Some travel expenses covered depending on location.
Responsibilities
Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
Gather mandatory information from patients and verify identities.
Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
Accurately label all samples.
Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experienced phlebotomist.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
Detail‑oriented and sound organizational skills.
Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
Reliable transportation.
