Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee client service operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and foster strong client relationships, consistently seeking opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Understand client needs and advocate for their interests internally.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, trends, and feedback to recommend service improvements for internal initiatives and client-facing dashboards.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through the development and implementation of best practices in client engagement, communication, and support.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on departmental performance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain workflow prioritization and alignment.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in client services,
