Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Openwork is assisting our Pflugerville client in their search for an on-site customer service representative! This temp-to-hire role has a regular 8 am to 5 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, has a solid training program, and is with a very well-established company. You'll use your professional communication and data entry skills, work with a small team, and enjoy the benefits of an employee-owned company!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and answer a high volume of customer calls
• Providing information about products and services
• Taking Orders
• Responding to customer complaints
• Data Entry

Requirements:

• 1+ year of call center experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Dependable
