The job:
Work closely with business experts across the organisation to identify suitable processes and turn them into automation opportunities.
Deliver hands‑on development of intelligent automation solutions, with a strong emphasis on exploring and integrating advanced technologies such as agentic AI.
Support the full project lifecycle from initial analysis and requirements gathering through development, deployment, and ongoing production monitoring.
Build and implement smart automation solutions using RPA and AI tools while continuously optimising business processes.
Explore, evaluate, and embed agentic AI along with other emerging technologies into automation initiatives.
Track realised benefits, monitor live solutions for performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to the creation and rollout of frameworks, standards, and best practices for new automation technologies.
Collaborate with business users, support teams, solution architects, and development leads to understand requirements and technical environments.
Document processes clearly and manage stakeholder expectations, project scope, and communications.
Have you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Strong willingness to learn RPA tools and supporting automation/AI technologies (prior RPA experience is helpful but not essential).
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated with strong problem‑solving ability, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Genuine interest or experience in AI (particularly agentic AI) and its use in automation (desirable). xcfaprz
