Ownership: Define how AI solutions are designed, built, and scaled across the business

Autonomy: Trusted to make architectural decisions, choose the right tech, and guide teams

This isn’t one of those “architect in title only” roles.

You’ll stay close to the tech, but instead of building features, you’ll shape how AI solutions are designed, deployed, and scaled across a business going all-in on AI. They’re building out an AI Innovation Lab in Dublin, and this role sits right in the middle of it.

There’s also a client-facing side, working with stakeholders to understand what they need and translating that into something that actually works.

So it’s part architect, part engineer, part problem solver. What kind of background works here?

You’ll likely come from a strong engineering background and have naturally moved towards architecture.

• 
  
• Experience building AI/LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, etc.)
  
• Strong cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
  
• Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, and infrastructure
  
• Comfortable designing systems that actually go to production
  
• Able to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
