Responsibilities
Reporting to the Department Head to gain exposure to electrical design aspects of electrical switchgear and contribute to product improvements.
Working with senior design engineers and the Switchgear R&D manager to prepare electrical drawings and documentation and to support the electrical aspects of standards for LV Switchgear products.
Qualifications
Enrolled in a third level Engineering course with a bias towards Electrical Engineering.
Understanding of Engineering Design Principles.
Working knowledge and experience with SolidWorks.
Additional / Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MS Office packages: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Standing for long periods.
