Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

As a Team Member Plus , your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll dive into different areas, which could include:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

There may even be times when you’ll work in more than one of these areas, keeping your days fresh and exciting!

If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal License

No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to work confidently in all areas relevant to your role. You’ll benefit from a 90-day induction plan and will be paired with a buddy during your learning phase to help you navigate the ins and outs of the job.

Every day is different, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests. You’ll engage with guests and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing their hospitality experience.

Typical working hours: 35 hours a week. You must be aged 18 or over for this role. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
