- Support for various file formats (PDF, DOCX, images, common media file formats etc.).
- Ability to integrate with other software systems in‑house and SaaS (e.g., CRM).
- Ensure document/library storage structure is inline with common SaaS CRM platforms (Dynamics/Salesforce).
- APIs for custom integrations (e.g. moving documents from SaaS CRM to SharePoint Online and potentially vice‑versa, full text search, version control and rollback).
- Ability to track document versions and maintain a history of changes.
- Ability to rollback to previous versions.
- Ability to implement Data Loss Prevention policies and apply automated document sensitivity labelling. xcfaprz
