Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I) within the Information Technology Services Division, the Information Technology Associate will provide enterprise-level system support, analytical and administrative support. The incumbent will contribute to successful system implementations, operational stability, continuous process improvement, and highly sensitive functions including personnel planning, correspondence, and procurement support.
