Client Experience Associate (Hybrid position Full time or part time available!)

About the Role

As a Client Experience Associate, you will play a key role in the growth of AdviceOne by ensuring every client receives an exceptional, memorable experience. Your focus will be on providing top-tier client service both in-person and over the phone with professionalism, warmth, and strong social awareness.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Preparing and resetting meeting rooms on our live Tuesday client days
• Managing inbound and outbound client phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Supporting clients and prospects with connecting to virtual meetings
• Communicating with clients throughout the day via email and text

About You

We are looking for someone to join our team who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences for others. Someone who seeks customer-facing positions and has a knack for helping clients feel supported and valued will thrive in this position.

Schedule

• On-site in our Glastonbury, CT office every Tuesday evening availability preferred but not required
• Hybrid work environment we provide full at-home set up
• Flexible remote hours Monday Friday (excluding Tuesdays)
