LPN -CWAT

Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN – CWAT) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department in Upstate New York. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or provider, you will perform direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications within scope, performing treatments and wound care, assisting with activities of daily living, collecting specimens, and accurately documenting all care in the electronic medical record. You will contribute to admission and discharge processes, support patient and family education, and promptly report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or provider. The LPN – CWAT will follow established clinical protocols, infection prevention and safety standards, and hospital policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
