About

Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting affiliated practices in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, endodontic therapy on selected cases, preventive care, and management of urgent dental needs. You will use modern digital technology and evidence-based clinical protocols to ensure safe, efficient, and effective treatment, while maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and adhering to all regulatory, infection control, and quality standards. As part of Benevis Dental’s collaborative and innovative culture, you will work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office teams to enhance patient experience, optimize operational workflows, and support access to care in the community. You will actively participate in case discussions, quality initiatives, and ongoing clinical training, staying current with advances in dentistry and incorporating new techniques that improve outcomes and patient comfort. This position is ideal for a dentist who values teamwork, continuous improvement, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on underserved populations. Benevis Dental offers a supportive environment that prioritizes professional development, including mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and exposure to a variety of clinical cases. Candidates should demonstrate strong diagnostic skills, excellent chairside manner, proficiency in routine general dentistry procedures, and a commitment to ethical, patient-focused care. You will help shape a positive practice culture by mentoring clinical team members, contributing to community outreach efforts, and supporting process improvements that advance both patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
