Rate: €50,000-55,000 per year


Location: South Dublin


Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid

Responsibilities

Drive enquiry levels and support high occupancy across all homes by strengthening each home's brand within the community. Manage all enquiry related processes efficiently, ensuring a well‑maintained and responsive waiting list. Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, ensuring every interaction—from initial enquiry through admission and beyond—is positive, informative, and compassionate. Provide ongoing engagement and support throughout a resident’s transition and the first six weeks after arrival. Uphold strong organisational governance by adhering to and promoting all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.


Essential Conditions

  • Strong knowledge of residential care legislation and standards in Ireland.
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory guidance issued by HIQA.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Nursing Homes Support Scheme (Fair Deal), including eligibility criteria, financial assessment, and application procedures.
  • Will pass Garda Clearance.
  • Have suitable character references.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working within residential care or healthcare services.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, service development, or admissions coordination.
  • Ability to analyse sector trends and best practices to support service improvement.
  • BSc in Nursing. xcfaprz
