Technical Platform Analyst
to support and evolve our
digital services (microservices) portfolio and enterprise design system , helping teams deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences at speed.
This role is ideal for a technically minded analyst who enjoys working hands‑on with platform capabilities, shared components, and cross‑team execution. You will operate at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, translating platform and design system needs into clear user stories, a managed backlog, and reusable assets for multiple teams.
The position is located in
Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA
and may require up to
10% travel
within the NJ/PA area and occasionally across North America.
Our enterprise way of working for office‑based employees provides flexibility to work up to 2 days virtual and at least 3 days on site at your primary work location each week.
Platform & Design System Enablement
Support the operation of shared digital services and platform capabilities used across multiple digital products.
Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to define, build, and maintain reusable components and templates that span both the design system and platform services.
Help ensure alignment between design system components and their underlying technical implementations.
Represent the shared services components in the governance council.
Backlog & User Story Management
Draft clear, actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for platform services and design system enhancements.
Maintain and refine the platform and design system backlogs, ensuring priorities are well understood and delivery‑ready.
Coordinate backlog refinement with engineering and design partners to support sprint and release planning.
Cross‑Team Collaboration & Delivery Support
Act as a day‑to‑day partner to product, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and unblock delivery.
Support release planning and timeline alignment with brand and product launch schedules.
Help teams adopt shared platform capabilities and design system assets by documenting usage patterns and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and reuse across the platform and design system.
Assist in incorporating automation and modern development practices where appropriate (e.g., CI/CD alignment, component reuse, tooling improvements).
Contribute to documentation and onboarding materials that help teams effectively leverage platform and design system capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational understanding of modern digital delivery concepts such as APIs, microservices, and cloud‑based services.
Experience working with or alongside design systems, component libraries, or shared UI frameworks.
Hands‑on experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working within Agile delivery teams.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and design‑focused stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a platform, shared services, or enablement team.
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or UI component frameworks.
Experience with React, Next.js (or equivalent JS frameworks), Node.js, Nest.js, or Rust.
Exposure to enterprise or regulated environments.
Interest in improving developer and designer experience through better tooling, documentation, and reuse.
Agile (Scrum) or equivalent experience.
