This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality CRM solutions while supporting business processes and integrations. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience building scalable applications, automating business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
Work Environment: Hybrid based in Malta. Corpay will provide company‑issued equipment and formal, hands‑on training.
Role Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Configure and customize standard Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Develop integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, and flows
Perform data migrations and data management using Data Loader and other ETL tools
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing Salesforce implementations
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development
Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification??
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
Knowledge of DevOps tools
Experience with external integrations
