About the Role We are currently seeking driven, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with clients to identify their needs, present appropriate supplemental benefit options, and guide them through the enrollment process. This position is well-suited for individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy working in a results-driven environment, and are interested in developing a long-term career in sales. What You’ll Do Connect with clients via virtual appointments Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Present and explain supplemental benefit programs clearly and professionally Assist clients with applications and enrollment Maintain organized records of client interactions Participate in ongoing training and sales development What We’re Looking For Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-discipline and the ability to work independently Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to improve performance Coachable and open to feedback Professional and reliable Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail Experience working with performance metrics or quotas What We Provide Remote work environment Flexible scheduling options Structured onboarding and training program Ongoing mentorship and leadership support Opportunities for advancement based on performance Growth Opportunities We prioritize internal development.
