This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and nurturing client relationships, initiating outbound communication with potential clients, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service Strong skills in Account Management and relationship building Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment Experience in the technology or event industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
