Qualifications
Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
A self-starter with ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with Medicare insurance solutions or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to industry-specific knowledge
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
A professional demeanor with a focus on providing no-pressure solutions to clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
