Piedmont Healthcare, a leading non-profit healthcare system headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Clinical Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for a clinical care unit within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The Clinical Manager will coordinate patient care activities, supervise nursing and allied health staff, and ensure that safe, high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered consistently in alignment with Piedmont’s mission and standards. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interprofessional team members, this role oversees staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation; monitors clinical workflows; and drives compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and infection prevention requirements. The Clinical Manager will mentor and coach team members, conduct performance evaluations, support onboarding and competency development, and promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and continuous learning. This leader will use clinical expertise and data-driven decision-making to track quality indicators, patient outcomes, and patient satisfaction, implementing evidence-based initiatives to improve care efficiency, patient safety, and clinical excellence. The role collaborates with hospital administration and department leadership on budgeting, equipment and supply management, and operational planning, while actively participating in quality improvement projects and interdisciplinary committees.
