Client Service Representative- Direct Hire

Job Description

We are working with a specialty insurance firm! We are seeking experienced customer service representatives with a professional attitude to join our team! Paid training is provided!

We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals! In this role you will be handling inbound calls from customers and agents, answering questions and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums
• Accurately enter and update policy information
• Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies
• Provide price quotes to prospective customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service or call center experience
• Previous insurance experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Must be available for local or US travel 1-5 times yearly

Details:

• Full Time, M-F
• Pay: $21-22/hr based on experience
• Location: Horsham, PA
