We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support client accounts while partnering closely with Supply Chain and Commercial teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order management, accurate communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain consistent communication using open order reports
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, raw material procurement, production planning, quality status, and shipment coordination
  • Verify order accuracy, pricing, and lead times; communicate and coordinate any changes directly with customers
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to maintain strong client relationships
  • Partner with Project Management teams to support product development and transition into replenishment orders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely updates and issue resolution
  • Manage the customer complaint process, including entry, returns, rework, and final resolution
  • Perform additional duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
