Customer Service Representative, Retention Specialist
Temporary Assignment; immediate start through June 1
Full-time, on-site Monday - Friday 9am-4pm
Pay rate: $21/hr
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative and Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, verifying insurance information, assisting with medical billing and coding, and performing general clerical duties. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service and working to retain our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for medical equipment and supplies
- Support the medical billing and coding process
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer retention
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance verification, medical administrative tasks, and relevant software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
