We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for animal care. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's schedule efficiently

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions

- Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary

- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed

- Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Proficient in handling dogs and other animals with care and compassion - Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical procedures - Understanding of animal husbandry practices and principles - Ability to collect medical samples for testing or analysis - Knowledge of veterinary critical care procedures in emergency situations

• Day shift ( 4 day work week)
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
