In this position you will assist our sales staff with tasks that help them to perform efficiently.
You will manage office tasks to free up the time of our sales staff, so that they can manage projects and clients.
Responsibilities:* Answering Phones, Assisting Walk-In Clients, Filing, Ordering Office Supplies, Communicating with Clients, Contacting Vendors, Keeping a Clean Lobby, Help with Hand Work, Various Other Tasks as Assigned
