We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to be the crucial link between our sales teams, customers, and logisticsmaking sure every order is correct, payments are complete, and deliveries happen on time.
What Youll Do
- Verify and review incoming sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks on order details entered by sales representatives.
- Follow up with customers when credit card payments are declined, and assist in resolving
