Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as one of the first points of contact for clients and prospective customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional experience while providing support across multiple service areas. The CSR will assist with customer inquiries, policy servicing, administrative support, and coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally while building rapport with clients and directing inquiries appropriately.
Client Service: Respond to customer questions and concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure follow-up through completion.
Data Management: Update client contact information, input policy data, process invoices, and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Policy Support: Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and policy changes for new and renewal business.
Documentation: Review, scan, organize, and maintain complete client files while ensuring documentation accuracy.
Quality Control: Perform policy reviews prior to mailing to confirm correct coverage, accurate client information, and completed forms.
