The San Diego based Customer Care Coordinator will help drive the flow of relationships between customers, installation teams and management. • Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
• Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
• Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
• Communicating logistical changes and installation issues .
• Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.

• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
• Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
• High school diploma
