We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for an initial contract position to support daily administrative and office operations at our Greenville, South Carolina site. The ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This is an onsite position! We are seeking local candidates only.


Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Piedmont, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, days.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
  • Support site operations and collaborate with internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with office systems a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
