Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team in our Miami office. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who’s eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with our CEO and Head of Business Development . The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in client onboarding, retention, and customer service —helping our clients get the most value out of our software.
