Our established company with a more than 35-year history of success is growing. We are seeking a Sales Support / Customer Service professional to work with our eCommerce sales team in our Forest Park, IL office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to and solve customer service issues through email, web chat, Amazon, eBay and phone
