Responsibilities of the Debt Resolutions Specialist:
- Monitors and reviews overdraft reports daily
- Works with customers and third-party collections agencies. Brings major issues or concerns to the attention of the Debt Resolutions Manager
- Maintains accurate files, notes, and reports on all collections activities. Responds to consumer disputes from Credit Bureau Agencies to ensure proper reporting of
