Boeing Commercial Airplane’s Hourly Workforce Planning & Development organization is seeking Employee Development Specialists to join the Foundational Training Center (FTC) team in Everett, WA, on 1st OR 2nd shift . Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level specialists to find the best fit for this position.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, Systems, etc.
Facilitate learning events and knowledge
