* Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, including mobile (Android and iOS) and web-based platforms.
* Automate testing processes using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Bash to improve efficiency and coverage.
* Conduct functional, system, performance (using LoadRunner), regression, user acceptance testing (UAT), and load testing to identify issues early in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
* Perform root cause analysis on defects to determine underlying issues and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
* Utilize version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, SVN, and TFS for managing test scripts and code repositories.
* Integrate testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to support DevOps practices.
* Validate APIs (RESTful APIs and SOAP web services) using tools like Postman or custom scripts; ensure seamless integration across systems.
* Analyze test data using SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, or PL/SQL to verify data integrity and troubleshoot database-related issues.
* Support mobile testing on Android and iOS devices by executing manual and automated tests for mobile applications.
* Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into detailed test cases that cover all functional aspects of the software.
* Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, defect reports, and quality metrics; contribute to release management activities ensuring smooth deployments.

* Proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in automated testing frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber or similar tools.
* Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++, with scripting skills for test automation purposes.
* Hands-on experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms; familiarity with mobile testing tools is essential.
* Deep understanding of RESTful APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), SOAP web services, JSON/XML data formats for integration testing.
* Knowledge of performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter; ability to analyze system performance metrics effectively.
* Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab or SVN; experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues across systems and databases.
* Experience working within Agile methodologies; comfortable participating in requirements gathering sessions and sprint planning.
* Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail; capable of troubleshooting software issues efficiently.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts and other stakeholders. Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
