About

As an Associate Dentist at Benevis Dental, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care within a collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team dedicated to expanding access to oral health across the US. You will perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, and deliver restorative, preventive, and limited cosmetic procedures while adhering to evidence-based standards of care. Working alongside hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff, you will create personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families on oral health, and ensure a positive, respectful chairside experience that supports long-term patient relationships and satisfaction. You will leverage modern dental technologies, digital radiography, and electronic health records to document findings accurately, maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and infection control protocols, and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with practice leadership and the Benevis Dental support organization to optimize clinical workflows, participate in case reviews and mentoring opportunities, and stay current with advances in dentistry through ongoing professional development. You will have the opportunity to support community outreach initiatives, help reduce barriers to care, and make a meaningful impact on underserved populations. Benevis Dental offers a supportive, innovative environment that values teamwork, clinical autonomy within established guidelines, integrity, and growth, enabling you to build your clinical skills and career while delivering excellent, compassionate dental care.
