About

Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in the Houston area. In this on-site clinical role, you will provide advanced physical therapy and rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, focusing on individualized treatment plans that support recovery, restore function, and enhance performance. Working within a supportive, collaborative, and patient-oriented environment, you will conduct thorough evaluations, develop evidence-based plans of care, and deliver hands-on treatment tailored to each patient’s goals and functional needs. You will utilize a range of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation modalities to address orthopedic, post-surgical, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. You will regularly reassess progress, adjust treatment plans, and document all care accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity and quality of care. You will educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and lifestyle modifications that support long-term wellness. Collaboration with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals is an important part of the role, as you coordinate care, communicate clinical findings, and contribute to integrated treatment approaches. You will help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered clinic environment, while managing your caseload efficiently and respecting patients’ time and goals. Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers offers a culture that encourages professional growth, innovation in treatment approaches, and continuous learning. In this position, you will have opportunities to refine and expand your clinical skills through mentorship, peer collaboration, and ongoing education, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients across the Houston community. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about evidence-based practice, committed to compassionate care, and eager to grow within a thriving healthcare and medical services setting.
