Job Summary This is a Full Stack Engineering role to support platform service development and operations within our Digital Delivery (D2) team at Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS). The position will focus on the design, development, deployment, and operation of container platform services for the LM Hybrid environment. The role is AI‑focused, championing the use of AI tools for development. The engineer will work stories in an Agile environment to build and automate solutions for Lockheed Martin business stakeholders and will be willing to work flexible hours in a virtual environment.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship required
Experience with Linux and Windows environments and the ability to build, configure, and maintain via command line interface
DevOps experience building CI/CD pipelines
Experience scripting with Python and BASH
Familiarity with application containerization, APIs, services
Experience using AI tools for creating, modifying, testing, and documenting code
Knowledge of common tools such as GitLab and ServiceNow
Excellent people, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Desired Skills
Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, Go, Splunk, Ansible, Helm, Git, CI/CD
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, orchestration, and automation
Experience with services (e.g., service mesh, microservices)
Experience configuring and troubleshooting AI hardware (H200, A100, etc.) for Kubernetes clusters
Technical experience with capturing requirements, system design, implementation, and test
Experience with system administration in a large, distributed environment
BS in Computer Science, Electrical, Computer, or related field and prior relevant experience
Demonstrated teamwork and agile methodology experience
Experience deploying applications on‑prem and in public cloud
Experience working in a virtual organization and in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments

Work Schedule and Remote Work Full‑time remote telework. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Schedule: 4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week with additional flexibility options.
