About

Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our broader Healthcare & Medical industry practice. In this role, you will provide individualized speech and language services that support students and clients with diverse needs, with a strong emphasis on special education and related healthcare supports. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy tailored to each individual’s communication profile. Working closely with educators, behavior specialists, therapists, and families, you will collaborate on integrated care plans that help students and clients build functional communication, independence, and confidence across home, school, and community environments.
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Point Quest Group, you will serve a varied caseload that may include individuals with speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, social communication challenges, fluency and voice disorders, and complex communication needs, including those who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). You will contribute your expertise to IEP development and review, participate in team meetings, and provide clear, data-informed documentation of progress using electronic record systems. You will also coach and train families, caregivers, and staff on communication strategies that foster carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.
You will thrive in Point Quest Group’s supportive and inclusive culture, where collaboration, innovation, and professional growth are central to our work. Our multidisciplinary teams work together to problem-solve, share best practices, and design services that are responsive to the unique strengths and needs of each person we serve. You will have opportunities for ongoing learning, mentorship, and skill development as you expand your clinical expertise and contribute to program improvement. In this dynamic environment, your voice is valued, and your ideas can help shape how we deliver services.
Working at Point Quest Group means being part of a committed team focused on making a meaningful difference. You will play an essential role in helping students and clients communicate more effectively, access their education, and engage more fully in their daily lives. By bringing your clinical knowledge, empathy, and creativity to this position, you will help foster growth and independence for those we serve, while also advancing your own professional journey in a setting that prioritizes both personal and professional development. This full-time role offers a hybrid work environment depending on program needs, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to contribute in a mission-driven organization where your work has a lasting impact.
