Position: Warehouse Representative Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Part-time Responsibilities: 
Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Pack goods so that they arrive intact at the customer's or supplier's premises;
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
Generate and distribute reports on inventory levels, order status, and other warehouse metrics.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that adequate supplies are available at all times.
Respond to inquiries from customers and other departments regarding order status and inventory levels.
Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and cleaning.
Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative support role preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Consent to a Criminal Background Check and Driver's Abstract by Wainbee.
