About

As an Associate Dentist with Benevis Dental in {JOB-CITY}, {JOB-STATE}, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered dental care within a supportive, team‑oriented practice that is part of a leading national dental support organization. Working in the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will focus on comprehensive general dentistry for a diverse patient population, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and limited surgical procedures. You will perform services such as fillings, extractions, simple endodontics, crowns, and basic prosthodontics while adhering to evidence‑based clinical guidelines, infection control standards, and all regulatory and ethical requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team members to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. You will educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and oral health maintenance, helping to improve access to quality dental care in the community. Benevis Dental’s support model allows you to focus on clinical excellence while centralized teams handle many administrative functions, including billing, scheduling, and practice operations.
You will benefit from structured clinical mentorship, ongoing continuing education opportunities, and exposure to innovative technologies and treatment approaches. The culture at Benevis Dental emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth, encouraging you to share best practices, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to a positive, learning‑oriented environment. You will be expected to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using electronic dental records and to follow all practice protocols to support efficiency, compliance, and patient safety.
This position is ideal for a compassionate, driven clinician who wants to build strong patient relationships, expand their clinical skill set, and make a meaningful difference in underserved and diverse communities. With a stable schedule, a focus on clinical autonomy supported by a broader clinical network, and access to modern equipment and materials, you will have the opportunity to grow your career while helping Benevis Dental advance its mission of improving access to high‑quality oral healthcare across the United States.
