*What We Offer*

* *Shahbaz - *$18.79 - $24.60
* *CNA* - $17.55 – $22.93 per hour
* *Flexible Scheduling:* Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem opportunities
*Shift Options*
* *Days:* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* *Evenings:* 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* *Nights:* 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
*Shift Differentials*
* Weekday Evenings & Nights: *+$3.00/hour*
* Weekend Days: *+$3.50/hour*
* Weekend Evenings & Nights: *+$6.50/hour*
*Your Role* As a *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)*, you will:
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
* Deliver compassionate, person‑centered care
* Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
* Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean environment
* Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
*Qualifications*
* Current *New York State CNA certification* required
* Passion for working with seniors and memory care residents
* Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
* Previous long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
