About
Rotational Development
Located out of Chicago for first 18‑24 months for training within NTN departments. Hybrid work environment, 2‑4 days per week in office.
After completion of development program, candidate will relocate to Texas/Oklahoma region. Remote with 25‑30% travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain multiple contacts (Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality) at major OEM accounts and manage relationships at all levels.
Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to ensure NTN is preferred supplier.
Drive new and ongoing development projects that result in profitable growth.
Understand factors that drive business and forecast order levels accurately.
Meet or exceed business target plans.
Communicate effectively internally and externally.
Skills / Requirements
BSME or similar 4‑year technical undergraduate degree.
Self‑starter, able to learn quickly and manage own travel.
Project manager with ability to work within multiple NTN and customer departments to ensure smooth support and production supply.
Interested in relocating after 12‑18 months to primary territory.
Travel 25‑30% within Oklahoma/Texas region.
