Job Title Data Analyst
Location Downers Grove, IL (Hybrid)
Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst to support advanced analytics initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting business stakeholders, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop reports, dashboards, models, and scorecards to support business decision‑making
Work within AWS Redshift and Tableau to analyze and visualize data
Perform ad‑hoc analysis with quick turnaround times, translating findings into clear, actionable insights
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data‑driven recommendations
Support data science initiatives by tracking model performance and serving as a liaison between technical teams and the business
Present findings and insights to stakeholders, representing the analytics function as needed
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analysis
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data‑intensive or analytical role
Skills:
Strong SQL proficiency
Experience with Tableau
Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., AWS Redshift)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Other:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting data science or advanced analytics teams
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments
Experience with financial or operational performance analysis
Familiarity with data modeling or predictive analytics concepts
