Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Associate, based in Grand Terrace, CA. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring satisfaction through solution-oriented sales. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and converting leads into opportunities
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long‑term client relationships
Experience in Account Management to effectively handle client accounts and maintain business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC products is a plus
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing in‑office and remote work efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is an advantage
