Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Deliver
on‑site and customer‑facing training and consultative support
(primary focus of the role)
Partner with the
sales team
throughout the solution development and sales process
Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
Develop
process cycle time estimates
and optimize manufacturing efficiency
Assist with
fixture and tooling design
Support execution of
turnkey system projects , including documentation
Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and project updates
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare reports for management and project stakeholders
Track and document customer issues and support requests
Collaborate cross‑functionally with
parts, service, applications, and sales teams
Contribute to a culture focused on
exceeding customer expectations
We expect this role to predominantly focus on the Northern Indiana Market with approximately 25% overnight travel depending on exactly where the candidate is located in relation to the majority of our customers. We
don’t expect
this to be a “Road Warrior” type of position and that you’ll launch from and return home most days.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a CNC machining enthusiast who thrives on learning, innovating, and helping customers improve how they manufacture their products.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to
train, mentor and guide others
Strong understanding of
process cycle times and machining capabilities
Proficiency with CNC controls such as
Fanuc, Siemens, or similar
Strong experience with CAM software such as
Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT, or equivalent
Hands‑on expertise in
milling and/or turning;
ideally experience with 5‑axis milling and or milturns - or the desire and ability to learn these skill sets
