What you’ll do
Own and support managed services customers as a technical lead
Work hands‑on with VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, and Azure environments
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure issues
Manage backups, patching, monitoring, and overall system health
Participate in customer cadence meetings (monthly/bi‑weekly)
Contribute to automation using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
Document environments, solutions, and best practices
Participate in an on‑call rotation
What they’re looking for
3+ years of systems engineering experience in managed services or enterprise IT
Strong experience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, etc.)
Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS also useful)
Experience with RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate a plus)
Comfortable working directly with customers
Organized, process‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Certifications One certification required (or willing to obtain within 90 days):
Work expectations
Hybrid role (must live in KC metro area)
On‑call rotation required
