Overview

With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and the use of modern construction technologies, we are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team delivering high-quality residential projects across Dublin.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed contract and project programmes, including ongoing monthly progress reports
  • Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resource allocation across multiple projects
  • Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live contracts
  • Work closely with project teams on all planning and scheduling activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including site teams and supply chain partners
  • Carry out short- to medium-term planning reviews, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Challenge and improve construction methodologies to drive efficiency and best-in-class project delivery

Requirements

  • Relevant third-level qualification in construction, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7+ yearsโ€™ experience in a similar planning role
  • Strong background in project planning and scheduling within construction and/or civil engineering
  • High level of proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational xcfaprz skills
