eir business talent have partnered with a leading professional services organisation in the search for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a high-performing IT Operations function.
This role will focus on delivering projects across infrastructure, security, and IT operations transformation, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle from initiation through to successful delivery. A key element of the role is ensuring that technology and business change is effectively embedded into day-to-day operations and adopted by stakeholders.
Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
Leading project planning, scoping, and implementation in line with business objectives
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
Coordinating internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure delivery milestones are met
Monitoring project performance, identifying risks/issues, and implementing mitigation strategies
Chairing regular project status meetings and providing clear updates to stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years’ experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum
Knowledge of ITIL service management (ITIL certification an advantage)
Strong background in IT infrastructure, xcfaprz including cloud technologies, networking, servers, and storage
Solid understanding of security principles and risk management
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments
Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt priorities and resources as project requirements evolve
