A company is looking for a Manager Customer Insights & Data Analytics. Key Responsibilities
Lead data acquisition and analytics to support sales and expansion opportunities Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance data quality and accessibility Engage with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science 8 years of experience in big-data analysis in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical packages (R, SAS) 1 year of experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred Knowledge of customer experience insights methods and analytics tools
