This is a full-time hybrid role located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering tailored technical solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, providing product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and collaborating with the installation team to address client needs effectively. Exceptional customer service, clear communication, and a technical approach to sales will be key to success in this role. Qualifications
Experience in selling technical / construction services to General Contractors and Property Managers Tech acumen to be able to independently run digital and analog marketing automation campaigns Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, address client needs, and deliver exceptional service. Experience in Training clients or team members on product features or technical details is beneficial. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment. Prior experience in the glass and glazing industry or technical sales is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
